Come along for an adventure, starting from Iceland’s historic Þingvellir National Park, transporting you across the rugged highlands for an unforgettable glacial experience. You’ll traverse the frozen terrain of the Langjökull glacier in our specially modified glacier vehicle, and journey deep inside the pristine blue ice via a man-made tunnel into the heart of the glacier.
On route from Þingvellir to our Klaki Base Camp, our knowledgeable English-speaking guide will explain the significance of the Langjökull glacier to the region, explaining how its underground glacial streams feed the picturesque Þingvallavatn, Iceland’s largest natural lake in the heart of the Golden Circle, as you travel the rugged Kaldidalur highland road.
